VisaGenix is committed to ethical, legal, and transparent practices. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity.

4.1 Zero Tolerance for Misrepresentation

Clients must not:

• Submit false documents

• Provide inaccurate or misleading information

• Engage in bribery or attempts to bypass legal immigration procedures

Doing so will lead to immediate termination of services without refund and possible reporting to immigration authorities.

4.2 Document Verification

VisaGenix verifies all submitted documents and may request notarized or certified copies. Fake or altered documents will be flagged.

 

4.3 Our Guarantee

VisaGenix never:

• Promises visa approval

• Issues visas directly

• Partners with government entities without disclosure

We act as facilitators and advisors, not as visa issuers.

4.4 Reporting Fraud

If you suspect fraudulent behavior involving our platform, report it immediately to: sales@visagenix.com
