Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 2025
VisaGenix aims to provide transparent and fair refund terms.
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

Duplicate payment for the same service

Order canceled within 24 hours before any work begins

Service not delivered within 14 working days (excluding public holidays)
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot issue refunds under these circumstances:

If services have already started or been completed
-
Visa was rejected by immigration authorities
-
Client provided false or incomplete information
-
Missed deadlines due to lack of cooperation from the client
3.3 Request Procedure
To request a refund:

Email : sales @visagenix.com with your payment receipt and reason

We aim to process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days
